HOW TO GET STARTED - YAY!
Step 1: Resume or Interview Coaching
Schedule a complimentary session.
Step 2: Resume Coaching
Having finished our consultation, your resume has been reviewed before this session. Here in Session 2, you will discover the needs for improvement based on the job description you provide with a focus on your work experience statements. You will receive a great deal of action steps for improvement.
Step 2: Interview Coaching
Having completed a complimentary consultation, we have discovered where you may be experiencing challenges in your preparation skills for an interview. Here we will immediately begin to conduct mock interviews based on job descriptions you provide. Lots of practice needed here. We will acutely review behavioral question answers.
Step 3: Resume Coaching
Here we will focus on learning what you still need to refine, what to expect and how to improve your resume content according to your job description. We will also discuss any tailoring needed for additional resumes for different industries. We will add and delete based on the overall final format.
Step 3: Interview Coaching
Session 3 will assist you in refining and practicing your responses. You will receive much guidance on how to bring value through your experience and expertise and we will review questions to ask the employer and choose and practice storytelling to bring out the best you have to offer. Depending on your personal progress, you may want an additional session at this point. It’s completely based on your progress and confidence.

Brianna F., Action Behavior Centers
Registered Behavior Technician
"Through her coaching, I was inspired to stretch my courage and tackle fears. Through the years, she has coached me and prepared my heart and mind for any upcoming interviews. She taught me so many things that I would never have considered to share and some things not to share. I learned from her how to engage people in meaningful ways. There are so many coaching sessions with Marsha that have impacted my life."

Joe S., Adcentrx Therapeutics
VP Clinical Operations
"Whether you are just entering the workforce or a seasoned professional ready to make a move, Marsha can guide you by motivating you to discover your better self. Being coached by her not only helps you with your career awareness and skills, but you’ll discover that she prepares you for success in your purpose and new role."

Grace J., Kinetic Advantage LLC

"She not only introduced me to volunteering as a way of growing during unemployment, but she served as my coach to get me moving in the right direction. Joining one of her classes proved invaluable as I absorbed valuable lessons, fostering personal and professional growth. Marsha guided me in cultivating my motivation, resourcefulness, and confidence in my skills in preparation for interviews. Grateful for her coaching, I began to thrive."

Anthuan C., Veracyte Inc.
Clinical Lab Technician
"Marsha’s coaching took my job readiness through the gauntlet, and it immediately provided impact. Her sessions have great universal Do’s and Don’ts, but she also takes the time to refine the process specifically for you. She’ll structure the prep for your industry, prepare you for all types of interviews (phone interviews, video, in-person, panel interviews, behavioral and technical), and will identify important things to do before, during and after each step."

Desiree A., Leonardo DRS
Senior Subcontracts Administrator
“Marsha has a heart for serving others. Her tough love feedback is exactly what I needed to walk into my interview with confidence. With her guidance, I was able to get the job I wanted.”

Dung N., SHARP Healthcare
Outpatient Pharmacy Lead
"I learned so much from her during our sessions, and I knew exactly what to do and say for my actual interview. A lot of what I thought was appropriate to say during an interview were actually red flags that Marsha pointed out that I needed to avoid. Marsha guided me throughout the sessions, and afterward, I felt ready and confident."

Diana W.
California Western School of Law
Law Student
“She didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. When telling me something I maybe did not want to hear, she always had suggestions and provided support in addressing/improving it. Everything she does is with intentionality. She pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and these learning experiences will always remain as life lessons learned.”

Christopher L., Tutor Doctor
President & Educational Consultant
“Marsha is one of the very unique people who has exceptional business sense and deep experience, coupled with a passion for helping people see and develop their potential. She does this by investing in people, in a mentorship style, rather than a transactional manner. Marsha is willing to speak the truth into a situation of a person’s abilities. Where Marsha moves forward, other coaches tend to refrain. Her willingness to be honest in a valuable and caring manner sets her apart.”

Luke C., Invivoscribe, Inc.
Development Associate
“Marsha knows the ins and outs of the hiring process and knows exactly what the hiring teams are looking for. She was able to take my resume to the next level and helped me prepare for difficult questions that may be asked. There was no “easy” route with Marsha’s mock interviews and as a result, the real ones were a breeze.”

Emma G.
Marketing Officer
“Leading with compassion, Marsha provides feedback and advice with exceptional skill. She possesses a forward-thinking mindset, often anticipating needs two steps ahead. Marsha not only offers the best advice but equips me with invaluable tools for my future endeavors. I am deeply grateful for Marsha's knowledge, faith, and humor - expect to laugh! After every session, I couldn't help but reflect on how much better I felt.”

Clark S., The Michaels Organization

“If you’re thinking about working with Marsha Tom - the quick answer is to just go for it and do it. Just remember you’ll have to put in just as much work as she puts into you, and often the results are extraordinary because of that. I have so much to thank Marsha for, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to express it fully in my lifetime.”
